汽车扶手条IMF膜片成型模具设计

摘要

Aimed at the application requirements for the car handrails on the surface of the product which should be decorated by the IMF process,the product the IMF process technology was formulated.Combined with the needs of the process technology,two key process dies were designed.Preforming die adopts the structure of the hot-pressing + vacuum adsorption;Blanking die adopts the structure of pressure type convex and concave die.Diaphragm is produced by the designed the combination dies without roll Angle,the glue,crack,bulge forming quality problems,the product yield of article armrest film is improved effectively.%针对汽车扶手条产品需采用IMF工艺装饰外观表面的应用要求,制定了产品的IMF制程工艺;结合制程工艺的需要,设计了两副关键工序成型模具;预成型模具采用热压+真空吸附的结构方式;膜片冲裁模采用弹压式凸、凹模冲裁结构方式.采用所设计的组合模具成型的膜片无卷角、漏胶、龟裂、鼓包等成型质量问题,有效地提高了扶手条IMF产品的膜成型良品率.
