双孔焊片多工位级进模设计

摘要

The structure processing of double holes soldering slab was analyzed, the layout design and die structure was proposed. It adopted the automatic feeding system, the unloaded and floating roof, described the working process of the die. The die structure is reasonable, and the operation is reliable, it has a certain conference value for similar parts.%分析了双孔焊片的结构工艺，给出了排样设计及模具结构。采用了自动送料机构、弹压卸料、浮顶等装置，叙述了模具的工作过程。该模具结构合理、工作可靠，对同类零件的模具设计具有一定的参考价值。
