Objective To investigate the efifcacy of PBL method on clinical nursing teaching. Methods 102 students from nursing school second-year undergraduate were divided into PBL group and traditional group. Compared to traditional group according to syllabus, PBL group used a problem-based learning. The questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the teaching contents and efficacy. Results PBL group is superior to the traditional group in health education ability and learning initiative. Conclusion PBL teaching method can improve students' ability of using knowledge and initiative of learning when applied to clinical nursing teaching in department of stomatology.%目的:探讨PBL教学法在口腔临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法将护士学校本科班二年级的102名学生分为PBL组和传统组,PBL组用问题学习法实施教学,传统组按教学大纲传统授课法教学,教学结束后用问卷调查评价教学内容和效果。结果 PBL组在理论联系实际进行口腔健康教育能力及学习的主动性方面优于传统组。结论 PBL教学法应用于口腔科临床护理教学中,可以增强学生运用知识的能力和提高学习的主动性。
