Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing measures for postpartum deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods A total of 120 puerperas were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine postpartum nursing, while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention for thrombosis on the basis of the control group. Nursing efficacy was compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, 3 patients had deep venous thrombosis (4.41%), and 9 patients had deep venous thrombosis (17.31%) in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P0.05). All the patients recovered and discharged from hospital, and satisfaction degree in the observation was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Implementation of nursing intervention for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity can significantly reduce the incidence rate of thrombosis and improve satisfaction degree, so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
