360度绩效评估法在手术室护士绩效考核中的应用性探析

         

摘要

The operating room is one of the important places, hospital patients is a working strength and a higher risk of departments, the quality of nursing and nursing quality have higher requirements. Therefore, this article mainly discusses the 360-degree performance evaluation method used in the operating room nursing performance appraisal of the effect, in order to nurse performance evaluation assessment objectivity, impartiality, the effectiveness of the implementation to provide certain help. 360-degree performance evaluation method is to configure and multidimensional as a basic premise, extensively collect information to the assessment of a platform, it has the characteristics of comprehensiveness and balance, its use in the operating room nurses' performance appraisal, to a certain extent, can realize the objectivity and impartiality of the evaluation and effectiveness.%手术室是医院救治患者的重要场所,是一个工作强度大和风险较高的科室,对护理人员的素质和护理质量有着较高的要求。因此,探讨360度绩效评估法在手术室护理绩效考核中的运用效果,以期为护士绩效考核评估客观性、公正性、有效性的实现提供一定帮助。360度绩效评估法是将强配置和多维度作为基本前提,对评估信息进行广泛收集的一个平台,其具有全面性和兼顾性的特点,将其运用在手术室护士的绩效考核中,在一定程度上可以实现评估的客观性、公正性和有效性。
