目的:探讨大学生心理健康教学中PBL教学法的应用效果及其价值。方法对首都医科大学60名学生进行研究,在大学生心理健康课程中分别应用传统教学法和PBL教学法后,采用调查问卷和访谈等方法进行教学效果评价。结果80%或以上的学生认为PBL教学法可提高思维、解决问题和自学等能力,而且增强了学习积极主动性、激发了学习热情和兴趣;70%或以上学生认为PBL教学法的课堂教学生动有趣并喜欢该教学法,并认为其有利于知识、经验和技能的实践和运用,PBL教学法在以上几方面显著优于传统教学法。结论大学生心理健康教学中应用PBL教学法是行之有效的,该教学法有助于培养学生的自学和解决问题等能力,有利于心理健康知识、经验的掌握及应用,PBL教学法的运用与推广对促进医学人才健康发展具有重要价值。%Objective To explore the value and effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) in teaching course of mental health of college students.Methods 60 medical students were studied.The course of mental health of college students were divided into two parts.The traditional teaching method was applied in the ifrst part.The PBL was applied in the second part. The questionnaires and interviews were followed to assessed the teaching and learning of effect.Results 80%of students or more consider that PBL can improve ability of problem-solving, thinking etc.The PBL method was significantly superior to traditional teaching method in improving multiple capabilities and skills of students.Conclusion The PBL method has been proved to be effective,meanwhile it is worthy of application.
