摘要

A method for transosseous osteosynthesis of complete dislocation of collar - bone acromial end comprises the introduction of spiral bars and assembling of device for external fixation. After the manual putting a bone into acromially-clavicular joint again the two pins are transarticulary passed into the acromially-clavicular joint, the spiral bars are introduced into the area of sternal and acromial end of collar-bone in the spine and acromial process of shoulder-blade, after that the pins and spiral bars are fastened in external support.
