卓越医学人才培养目标下医学检验实验教学改革探索

摘要

为了适应医学发展新趋势对医学教育提出的新的挑战，我院以培养卓越医学检验人才为目标，采取理论与实践教学相结合、构建多层次实验教学体系、采用多模式教学方法、构建多元化考核评价体系、整合实验室优质资源、构建现代化教育技术实验平台、建立以能力培养为核心，模块化、开放式的实践教学体系等一系列针对实验教学的改革措施，为医药卫生事业提供优质人才。%New trend of medicine development puts forward new challenge to medical education. We built a muti-level experiment teaching system by combining teaching method of theory and practice. To strengthen the ability training, we constructed practice teaching system that was a modular and open modern education technology platform by integration of laboratory quality resources. We have taken a series of reform measures in experiment teaching for provideing the high quality talents for medical and health cause.
