摘要:目的:观察雌二醇对小鼠学习和记忆功能的影响。方法:采用一次性被动回避条件反射方法(跳台实验),与氯丙嗪、氯霉素、乙醇所造成的小鼠学习记忆障碍病理模型比较,观察雌二醇对小鼠记忆获得、巩固和再现的影响。结果:连续灌胃给药雌二醇5 d后小鼠错误次数(M)、逃避电击潜伏期(EL)明显少于腹腔内注射氯丙嗪、氯霉素和灌胃给乙醇(P<0.01)。结论:雌二醇对记忆的获得、巩固和再现均有明显的改善作用。%Objective: To observe the effect of estradiol on learning and memory in mice.Methods: In comparasion with the memory impairment models caused by chorpromazine, chloramphenicol and ethanol through once-only passive avoidance learning step-down test, we observed the effect of estradiol on memory acquisition, consolidation and retrieval. Results: Withoral estradiol for 5 days, mice's mistake(M) and escape latency(EL) were less than those ofip chorpromazine, ip chloramphenicol, po ethanol( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: Estradiol can significantly promote memory acquisition, consolidation and retrieval respectively.
