浅谈如何在高校公共体育教学中培养学生的兴趣

摘要

Inthis paper,according to the practice of teaching and interviews of students,summing up the problems in physical education on college. The problems make students lose interest in physical education,leadingto the teaching quality of physical education at the present is not high.Making feasible recommendations based on the problems in college physical education process exists,and to promote the importance of students'interesting in physical educationfor physical exercise,inorderto provide reference forrekindling students interest in physical education.%本文根据教学实践经验以及对学生的随机访谈，总结出当前高校体育教学中存在的问题，而这些问题的存在使得学生对体育课失去兴趣，学生对体育学习缺乏兴趣是导致现阶段体育教学质量不高的主要原因之一。根据当前高校公共体育教学过程中存在的问题提出可行性建议，并从心理学的角度分析培养学生的体育学习兴趣对增进学生体育锻炼的重要意义，为重新激发学对体育的学习兴趣提供参考。
