Objective Combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia with heavy proportion ropivacaine for surgery effect of the elderly appendix operation. Methods Our hospital 60 cases of the elderly appendix patients were randomly divided into two groups (each 30 cases), the observation group to take the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, the control group to take the T11-12 lumbar puncture gap-only spinal anesthesia. Observed and compared two groups. Results The differences which of blood pressure, the heart rate and SpO2 are not significant. Group A is better than the group B in the all indicators (P<0.05). Conclusion CSEA with heavy proportion ropivacaine for the elderly appendectomy sensory nerve block effects faster, less side effect, safe and feasible anesthesia method.% 目的观察重比重罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉在老年人阑尾切除术中的应用.方法选取60例行阑尾切除术的老年患者，随机分为两组，各30例.观察组为腰-硬联合麻醉组，对照组为单纯T11~12硬膜外麻醉组，对两组进行观察和疗效比较.结果两组术中血压、心率、SpO2变化无显著差异性，观察组在各项指标中明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论重比重罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉具有高效、不良反应较小等特点，安全、可行，值得推广.
