贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床观察

摘要

目的观察联用贝那普利与美托洛尔对扩张型心肌病临床疗效及预后的临床观察.方法100例扩张型心肌病均经过超声心动图X线三位片确诊随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,美托洛尔12.5~100mg/d,贝那普利10~20mg/d,对照组50例,服用同等剂量的安慰剂,两组基础治疗类同,服药后1、3、6个月分别观察心功能的各项指标.结果联用美托洛尔和贝那普利组使扩张型心肌病患者治疗前后左室射血分数,左室舒张末期内径,左室收缩末期内径的变化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组心功能改善率及总有效率明显优于对照组.结论扩张型心肌病患者长期坚持联用美托洛尔和贝那普利可使心功能改善,生活质量提高,改善预后.%Objective To observe the Curative effect and Clinical observation of the long-term prognosis of the combination treatment of benazepril and metoprolol to expansionary cardiomyopathy patients. Methods 80 expansionary cardiomyopathy patients were divided into treatment group and controlledl group randomLy . All of them were checked by echocardiography X-ray and make a definite diagnosis. There were 40 patients in each group. The patients in treatment group were cured with metoprolol12.5mmg-100mmg/d and benazepril 10~20mmg/d. In controlledl group, the patients took the same doses of placebo , Two kinds of basic treatment are similar. After the patients took the drugs for one month, three months and six months, We observed the index of cardiac function of each patient. Results The combination treatment of benazepril and metoprolol to expansionary cardiomyopathy patients made differernces in Left ventricular ejection fraction, Left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter and Left ventricular end diameter with statistical significance(P<0.05).the Cardiac function GaiShanLv and the The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group are Obviously better than that of the controlled group. Conclusion the combination treatment of benazepril and metoprolol to the expansionary cardiomyopathy patients can improve their cardiac function , the quality of life and evidence improve prognosis.
