手术加三维适形放疗治疗宫颈癌的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察宫颈癌患者行手术加三维适形放疗治疗的生存率及不良反应。方法60例确诊的Ib～Ⅱa期的宫颈癌患者，行广泛全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术，术后进行三维适形放疗（3D-CRT），并记录患者的不良反应、追踪患者的生存率。结果随诊3年，患者3年生存率为75.9%，未发现2级以上的晚期放射反应。结论宫颈癌行广泛全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术，术后进行3D-CRT治疗能改善患者的生存情况，且不良反应轻。%Objective To observe survival rates and adverse reactions of the patients with cervical cancer after the surgery, which combined with three-dimensional conformal radio-therapy, was performed.Methods 60 cases of patients with cervical cancer in Ib~Ⅱa period were treated by laparoscopic radical hysterectomy(LRH) and pelvic lymphadenectomy, afterward, three-dimensional conformal radio-therapy(3D-CRT)was performed. Meanwhile, the adverse reactions and the survival rates of the patients were tracked and recorded.Results After a follow-up of 3 years, the survival rates was 75.8% and grade 2 or more late radiation reaction had not been found.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy(LRH) and pelvic lymphadenectomy, combined with three-dimensional conformal radio-therapy, can improve the patients’ survival condition with slight adverse reaction.
