我国高校精英人才培养的理论研究与实践探索

摘要

It is the historic mission for the universities to cultivate elite talents for China .Based on the connotation of elite talents, the importance of elite talents cultivation , the modes of elite tal-ents cultivating and the advanced experience of elite cultivation in foreign universities , this paper is trying to look back on the theory research of Chinese universities in recent 10 years, introduce the present situation of elite talents cultivating , and explore the future development of the elite talents cultivation in the universities of China .%　　本文从精英人才的内涵、精英人才培养的重要性、精英人才培养模式及国外高校精英人才培养经验等四个方面回顾了近10年来我国高校精英人才培养的理论研究成果，介绍了我国高校精英人才培养实践的现状，探索了我国高校精英人才培养的方向。
