改性树脂脱除焦化蜡油中碱氮物及安全性分析

         

摘要

Equal volume impregnation method was used to load nickel and cobalt ions on D72 activation resin to prepare adsorbents. Specific surface and pore size distribution of modified resin were measured by N2 adsorption-desorption (BET); changes of functional groups or chemical bonds of modified resin were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results showed that the metal ions can be better loaded on activated resin. In complete mixing flow reactor, using laboratory-made sorbents with nickel and cobalt ions, under different reaction conditions, adsorption denitrification of coking wax oil was carried out, which could reduce the frequent replacement of the catalyst, and decrease the security problems during replacement.%采用等体积浸渍法在D72活化树脂上负载不同负载量的镍、钴离子制备吸附剂,通过N2吸附-脱附法(BET)测定改性树脂的比表面积、孔径分布等物理性质;通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)考察改性树脂官能团或化学键的变化,分析结果表明,金属离子能较好的负载在活化树脂上。使用全混流反应器,采用实验室自制的吸附剂,分别负载镍、钴离子,在不同的反应条件下,与焦化蜡油发生吸附脱氮反应,经脱除去后的活性树脂,性能变好,降低了对催化剂的频繁更换,降低更换过程中产生的安全问题。
