针对当前网络环境下传统教学模式无法适应学生个性化发展的问题,本文采用微课与翻转课堂结合应用来解决此问题。首先对翻转课堂的理论基础、特征及微课进行描述;其次对翻转课堂教学模式进行创建,对教学进行分析;最后结合《计算机应用基础》对该模式进行验证,实验表明,基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式可以有效提高学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习的能力。%In view of the problem that the traditional teaching mode can't adapt to students' personalized development under the current network environment, this paper combines the micro class with flipped classroom to solve this problem. Firstly, it describes the theoretical basis and characteristics of flipped classroom as well as micro class; Secondly, it creates and analyzes the flipped classroom teaching mode;Finally, it validates the model combining with Foundation of Computer Application. The experimental re-sults show that the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro class can effectively improve the learning ability of students, and strengthen the team cooperation spirit.
