试论社区教育运行机制的现实困境与对策

摘要

In order to promote the development of community education, many central cities have established certain operating mechanism of community education, includes mechanism of leadership decision-making, management service, legal guarantee, fund raising, residents'participation, supervision and assessment, which achieve good results.With the development of community education, its realistic difficulties of operating mechanism have become increasingly obvious.We must improve the existing operating mechanism and resolve its realistic difficulties to ensure the sustained, rapid and healthy, orderly development of community education.%为推动社区教育的发展, 许多中心城市构建了领导决策机制、管理服务机制、法律保障机制、经费筹措机制、居民参与机制、督导评估机制等社区教育运行机制, 取得了较好的效果.但随着社区教育的进一步发展和深入推进, 社区教育运行机制的现实问题和困境日益突出, 为实现社区教育的有序、持续、健康、快速发展, 满足社区教育需求, 需破解其现实困境.
