利益相关者博弈视角下职业院校学生实习权益保障探讨

With the development of internship in vocational education, the protection of students'internship rights is becoming more important.The Internship Regulations of Vocational School Students includes terms concerning problems during students'internship, but the regulations does not provide a dynamic mechanism to encourage stakeholders to take part in internship.Internship in vocational education is closely related to the interests of vocational colleges, enterprises and students.Only when we explore the relationship between stakeholders from the perspective of game theory and encourage them to take part in the activities can we guarantee the smooth development of internship in vocational education.In this way, students'legal rights and interests can be protected.%随着职业教育顶岗实习活动的普遍开展, 学生实习权益的保障显得尤为重要.《职业学校学生实习管理规定》虽然对学生在顶岗实习期间出现的一系列问题有具体的约束条款, 但是该规定并没有形成激发利益相关者参与顶岗实习活动的动力机制.职业教育顶岗实习攸关职业院校、实习企业、学生等多方主体的利益, 只有探讨这些利益相关者之间的博弈关系, 激发利益相关者参与顶岗实习活动的内生动力, 才能有效保障职业教育顶岗实习活动的顺利进行, 最大限度地维护学生在顶岗实习期间的合法权益.
