绿色经济背景下职业教育的回应与变革——丹麦、德国的经验与启示

摘要

各国都把绿色经济作为维持经济增长和实现可持续发展的一条新的发展道路,绿色经济引发的技术变革、职业变革会对职业教育产生直接影响。丹麦和德国的职业教育在回应绿色经济引发的变革方面积累了丰富的经验,借鉴丹麦和德国职业教育的经验,我国的职业教育在绿色经济背景下应该强化通用能力的培养,调整职业教育的专业设置,更新职业教育课程,将绿色经济的元素整合到课程中,完善资格认证体系,加强职业教育与产业部门的联系。%Many countries as green economy sustain economic growth and sustainable development of a new de-velopment road,the green economy caused by the technological changs,career chang will have a direct impact on vocational education.Denmark and Germany vocational education in response to the green economy caused by the chang has accumulated a lot of experience.Reference experience of vocational education from Denmark and Ger-many,China＇ vocational education in the green background shoud strengthen the cultivation of the general skills,adjust majors setting of vocational education,update vocational education courses and will green economic ele-ments integrated into courses,perfect qualification authentication system,strengthen connection between voca-tional education and industrial departments.
