气相色谱法测定煤化工废水中酚类和脂肪酸的实验研究

     

摘要

Phenols and short-chain fatty acids are the major pollutants in coal chemical industrial wastewater. In order to research and evaluate the performance of waste treatment technologies, a rapid and accurate determination is needed. A method for directly determining phenols and several short-chain fatty acids in coal chemical industrial wastewater by gas chromatograph was developed. The separation was performed on Agilent HP-FFAP polar capillary column, external standard method was selected for quantitative analysis, and two steps programmed temperature was selected. The limit of detection (LOD) of coal gasification wastewater was between 3 mg/L-10 mg/L. Within the concentration range from 0.01 to 10 g/L, the linear regression was fine, with a correlation coefficients of above 0.999 7. Its deviation from the standard was≤7%. The method was simple, requiring no complicated pretreatments, and the test result was accurate.%建立了直接测定煤化工废水中酚类和短链脂肪酸的气相色谱分析方法,该法采用强极性毛细管柱,对脂肪酸和酚同时进行分析测定,用外标法进行定量计算.煤气化废水水样中各物质检出限在3 mg/L~10mg/L,标准曲线在考察质量浓度范围(0.01 g/L~10 g/L)内呈线性关系,相关系数在0.9997以上,相对标准偏差≤7%.该方法无需复杂的前处理,操作简单易行,测定结果准确.
