人性化管理模式对改善手术室护理人员工作效能感的效果观察

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management mode on improving job self-efficacy in nurses in operating room. Methods Our hospital started to carry out the humanized management mode from January 2014, so nurses in the operating room before January 2014 were set as traditional management group, and those in the operating room after January 2014 were set as human-ized management group. Performance scale, anxiety and depression self-reported tables and evaluation standard of nursing quality were used to make comparisons between two groups in anxiety, depression and quality of nursing. Results Humanized management group had better scores of job self-efficacy, anxiety and depression, and higher quality of nursing than traditional management group had, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Humanized management mode is a scientific and effective nursing management mode as it can improve the self-efficacy of nurses in operating room, decrease anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of nursing.%目的 探讨人性化护理模式对改善手术室护理人员工作效能感的效果. 方法 本院于2014年1月开始于手术室实施人性化管理模式, 因此将2014年1月前的护士组设为传统管理组, 将2014年1月后的护士组设为人性化管理组, 应用工作效能量表、 焦虑自评表、 抑郁自评表及护理质量评价标准对两组护士的工作效能情况、 焦虑抑郁情况及护理质量进行比较. 结果 人性化管理组的工作效能评分、 焦虑抑郁评分情况及护理质量均优于传统管理组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 人性化管理模式可以改善手术室护理人员的工作效能感, 缓解护士的焦虑抑郁情绪, 提高护理质量, 是一种科学有效的护理管理模式.
