北京地区成人雌马酚代谢表型与血清甲状腺激素关系研究

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate relations between equol-producing phenotype and serum thyroid hormones among Chinese adults in Beijing.Methods Ninety male and 90 female adults participated in a cross-sectional study and provided twice 24 h urine samples on regular diet and after 3-d soy isoflavone challenge respectively.A health and demographics questionnaire,and 2 days food record were completed before the urine collection.Isoflavones and their metabolites in urine were measured to determine equol phenotype by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Serum thyroid hormones were measured by chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA).Results Among the participants,serum free triiodothyronine(FT3)(3.11±0.34) ng/L vs (3.21±0.44) ng/L, free thyroxine(FT4) (1.23±0.14) mg/L vs (1.25± 0.22) mg/L and thyroid stimulating hormone ( TSH ) ( 2.26 ± 1.55) mU/L vs ( 2.35 ± 1.79) mU/l concentration had no significant difference among the equol producers and non-producers ( P > 0.05).There was no significant difference among the equol producers and non-producers( P >0.05) in the male FT3 (3.27±0.32) ng/L vs (3.33±0.31) ng/L; FT4 (1.26± 0.13) mg/L vs (1.25±0.16) mg/L; TSH(1.90±1.23) mU/L vs (2.23±1.59)mU/L,and female subgroups FT3 (2.96±0.29) ng/L vs (3.08±0.52) ng/L; FT4(1.20±0.14) mg/L vs (1.26±0.28)mg/L ; TSH (2.57 ± 1.73) mU/L vs (2.48±2.01 ) mU/L.In addition, there were no significant correlations between urinary total isoflavone,equol,other isoflavone levels and serum FT3 ,FT4 and TSH among the subjects (partial γ=-0.12-0.11, P >0.05).Conclusion The result suggests that status of equol producer may have no relation to the thyroid function in healthy subjects under the usual lifestyle.Our findings also suggest that dietary isoflavone intake has no significant effect on serum thyroid hormones in healthy participants, regardless of equo l phenotype.%目的 确定北京市成人雌马酚代谢表型与血清甲状腺激素的关系.方法 应用现况调查方法,对北京市区180例20~72岁志愿者生活方式及膳食营养素摄入量进行检测;采用高压液相色谱(HPLC)法分析负荷大豆异黄酮(Iso)前后尿中Iso及其代谢产物24小时排泄量,并以此确定雌马酚代谢表型;化学发光免疫测定法检测血清甲状腺激素浓度.结果 在所有受试者中,产雌马酚者的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)(3.11±0.34)ng/L,游离甲状腺素(FT4)(1.23±0.14)mg/L和促甲状腺激素(TSH)(2.26±1.55)mU/L浓度与非产生者的FT3(3.21±0.44)ng/L、FT4(1.25±0.22)mg/L和TSH(2.35±1.79)mU/L差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).按性别分层后,男性血清FT3(3.27±0.32)ng/Lvs(3.33±0.31)ng/L、FT4(1.26±0.13)mg/L vs(1.25±0.16)mg/L和TSH(1.90±1.23)mU/L vs(2.23±1.59)mU/L及女性血清FT3(2.96±0.29)ng/L vs(3.08±0.52)ng/L、FT4(1.20±0.14)mg/L vs(1.26±0.28)mg/L和TSH(2.57±1.73)mU/L vs(2.48±2.01)mU/L,在产雌马酚者和非产生者间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05).尿液Iso代谢物24小时排泄量与盯3、FT4及TSH浓度的相关性均较小(γ=-0.12~0.11.P>0.05).结论 在日常膳食条件下,雌马酚代谢表型可能与血清FT3、FT4和TSH水平无关,体内Iso水平与甲状腺功能可能无关.
