13853名孕妇HIV、TP筛查分析

摘要

目的 了解孕妇人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)感染情况,评估当前流行形势对母婴安全的影响并探讨应对策略.方法 回顾性分析2006～2009年在该院进行孕期保健和分娩的13 853名孕妇的HIV、TP筛查情况.结果 检出HIV阳性7例,TP阳性197例.结论 孕妇HIV、TP感染率呈现上升趋势,可能对母婴安全构成较大危害,也使医务人员面临更大的职业暴露风险,早期检测和发现孕妇HIV、TP感染可能有助于降低以上风险.%Objective To reveal the infection rate of HIV and TP in pregnant women and its impact on security of mother-infant and study the solving strategies.Methods The data were retrospectively analyzed about the 13 853 pregnant women with HIV and TP who got health care in pregnancy and delivery in our hospital from 2006 to 2009.Results Among 13 853 pregnant women there were seven HIV infected cases and one hundred and ninety-seven TP were detected.Conclusion HIV and TP infection rate tended to rise in pregnant women.It may be more harmful for mothers and babies,and make medical staffs in grater danger of occupational exposure.And the sooner to detect the infection of HIV and TP,the better to reduce its risk.
