我国高等教育评估中的功利主义倾向及对策

         

摘要

Due to the effect of utilitarianism,the higher education evaluation reveals the convincing utilita rian tendency,constant eroding the healthy development of higher education in China. The concern to the func-tional effects of higher education,usefulness,summative result of higher education,the concern to the personal and social benefit bringing by higher education,constituting the main features of evaluation utilitarian tendency of higher education in our country,revealing in highlighting the assess of hardware while slighting the software, highlighting the assess results while slighting the construction process,highlighting the overall interests while slighting the individual interests,may bring the adverse effects to the healthy development of higher education in-stitutions and the reform and development of higher education. The utilitarianism tendency and the concept of as-sessment in higher education evaluation should be transformed,the importance of social assessment should be valued,and the subjectivity of higher education institution should be reinforced.%受功利主义影响,我国高等教育评估存在明显的功利主义倾向,不断侵蚀着我国高等教育的健康发展。对高等教育的功能性作用、有用性、高等教育的终结性结果、高等教育可能对个人和社会带来的利益的关注,构成了我国高等教育评估功利主义倾向的主要特征,表现在重硬件评估、轻软件评估,重评估结果、轻建设过程,重整体利益、轻个体利益3个方面,对高等教育质量保障、高等院校的健康发展、高等教育的改革发展带来不利影响。要转变高等教育评估中的功利主义倾向,应转变评估观念,完善评估立法,重视社会评估,强化高校主体性。
