比较教育学科建设的检视与反思

         

摘要

Postgraduate education program of comparative education in China is not only the base of talent cultivation,but also the important field of the comparative education research. Starting with the strengthening the construction of the comparative education discipline group,through the analysis of the dis-tribution and the postgraduate cultivation direction of master ’s and doctoral postgraduate of comparative education,the results show that there are 44 and 15 universities enrolling comparative education master’s and doctoral postgraduates respectively. Most universities distribute in coastal area or economically devel-oped provinces. There is imbalance between different regions,and the characteristics of“central downfall”can be found. Some degree programs’training objectives are unclear and orientations of the cultivating are imbalanced. Some measures should be taken to improve the present situation,for example,adding enroll-ments of doctoral postgraduates and establishing reasonable training direction,strengthening the theoretical construction of comparative education,and expanding the directions of postgraduate cultivation.%比较教育学位授予点不仅是大批比较教育后备人才的培养基地,还是开展比较教育研究的重要阵地。以加强比较教育学科队伍建设为出发点,通过对比较教育学硕、博士学位授予点布局以及研究生培养方向的分析,得出以下结论:我国比较教育硕、博士学位授予点分别有44个和15个;学位授予点地区之间分布不均衡,多分布于沿海或经济较为发达的地区,呈现出学位授予点“中部塌陷”的特征;部分学位授予点培养目标不明确,培养方向不均衡。优化我国比较教育学学位授予点布局以及强化研究生培养的建议是:在中部地区高校增设博士学位授予点;合理设置研究生培养方向;加强比较教育自身理论建设;进一步拓展研究生培养方向。
