上海市听障儿童康复教师专业化发展现状及需求调查研究

         

摘要

Objective To study the current situation and needs on professional development of rehabilitation teachers in Shanghai,and provide the basis for the professional training.Methods We used the questionnaire of professional development of early intervention teachers for deaf children in Shanghai to survey 58 deaf children rehabilitation teachers and analyze the results.Results Rehabilitation teachers got high scores in professional identity,professional ethics and education concepts.Rehabilitation teachers urgently called for the development on audiology knowledge,speech therapy knowledge and communication skills with parents of children with hearing impairment.The profrssional development needs were significantly different for the teachers on different positions and seniority(P<0.05).Rehabilitation teachers prefered in-service education within a month,and prefered to view and emulate professionals to carry out the rehabilitation training.Conluslon The professional development support should be differventiated and multilevel based on the education seniority and rehabilitation teaching positions.%目的 了解上海市听障儿童康复教师专业化发展现状和需求,为听力语言康复专业人员培养提供依据.方法 采用《上海市听障儿童早期康复教师专业化发展调查问卷》对58名康复教师进行问卷调查并分析.结果 康复教师的职业认同感、职业道德、教育观念得分均较高;其对听力学、言语治疗知识及家长沟通技能的发展需求最为迫切;不同岗位及教龄的康复教师专业技能发展需求存在显著差异(P<0.05);康复教师最期望1个月内的短期在职培训,希望现场观摩专业人员开展活动和拜同行有经验的教师为师.结论 康复机构需根据康复教学岗位及教龄为康复教师提供差异化和层次化的发展支持.
