感音神经性耳聋的基因治疗研究进展

摘要

Hearing loss is one of the most prevalent sensory disabilities in the world,and no effective treatment is available currently.Recently,the gene therapy has become more promising in terms of protection or regeneration of the auditory nerves and hair cells,and treatment of hereditary hearing loss.The gene therapy is now being explored as a possible treatment for sensorineural hearing loss.Main strategies of treatment,gene transfer vectors and routes of delivery will be discussed in this review.%耳聋是最为常见的一种感觉障碍性疾病.目前,感音神经性耳聋尚缺乏理想的治疗方法.近年来,基因治疗在听神经和毛细胞的保护与再生、遗传性耳聋的治疗等领域显示出了极大的潜力,有望成为解决感音神经性耳聋这一难题的有效方法.本文从感音神经性耳聋基因治疗的主要策略、基因治疗载体及基因载体导入途径等方面对感音神经性耳聋的基因治疗进行综述.
