Objective To investigate the effect of mosapride and trimebutine in capsule endoscopy. Methods Forty-two patients, who underwent capsule endoscopy in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2016, were included in the study. All patients were divided into 3 groups (n=14 each). One of the groups was the control group, and the other 2 groups were given oral mosapride and trimebutine capsules before capsular endoscopy, respectively. The time of gastrointestinal operation, and completion rate and diagnostic rate of small-bowel examination were de-termined. Results There was statistically significant difference in the gastric emptying time of capsule endoscopy be-tween the mosapride group, trimebutine group and control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the small intestinal transit time between the groups. There were significant differences in the completion rate and diagnos-tic rate of small-bowel examination between the trimebutine group and control group. There were no significant differ-ences in the gastrointestinal operation time of capsule endoscopy, completion rate and diagnostic rate of small-bowel examination between the drug groups. Conclusion The use of mosapride and trimebutine before capsule endoscopy may accelerate gastric emptying time, without significant effect on the small intestinal transit time. There is no signifi-cant difference in the effect of capsule endoscopy between the two gastrointestinal motility drugs.%目的：研究莫沙必利及曲美布汀对胶囊内镜检查过程中的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月至2016年1月期间，行胶囊内镜检查的患者42例，随机分为3组，每组14例，其中1组为对照组，其余2组在胶囊内镜检查前分别口服莫沙必利及曲美布汀片，观察胶囊内镜的胃肠运转时间、全小肠检查完成率及疾病诊断率。结果莫沙必利组、曲美布汀组与对照组在胶囊内镜胃排空时间的差异有统计学意义，小肠通过时间的差异无统计学意义，其中曲美布汀组与对照组在全小肠检查完成率及诊断率方面差异有统计学意义，药物组之间在胶囊内镜胃肠运转时间、全小肠检查完成率及诊断率差异均无统计学意义。结论胶囊内镜检查前应用莫沙必利、曲美布汀可加快胃排空时间，但对小肠通过时间无明显影响；且两种胃肠动力药物对胶囊内镜检查的影响相互之间无明显差异。
