单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of vidarabine monophosphate combined with Reduning injection in treatment of children with viral pneumonia.Methods Totally 180 cases of children with viral pneumonia in our hospital from January 2014 to January 201 5 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 90 cases in each group.On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment, children in observation group were treated with vidarabine monophosphate combined with Reduning injec-tion,and children in control group were treated with ribavirin intravenous drip;after 7 days of continuous treatment,treatment effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results The total efficiency rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,98.9%(89/90)vs 82.8%(74/90),the difference being statistically significant(P <0.05 ). The disappearance time of fever,cough,moist crackles and pharyngalgia in observation group was shorter than control group,the difference being statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of vi-darabine monophosphate combined with Reduning injection is significant in treatment of children with viral pneumonia,which can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,and is better than tradi-tional ribavirin treatment.%目的：观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效。方法2014年1月至2015年1月河南省杞县人民医院儿科收治病毒性肺炎患儿180例，随机分为观察组和对照组各90例。对照组在常规综合性治疗基础上给予利巴韦林静脉滴注，观察组在常规综合性治疗基础上给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁治疗，连续治疗7 d，观察两组治疗效果、临床症状体征消失时间及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为98.9%(89／90)，显著高于对照组82.2%(74／90)，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、咽痛消失时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效显著，有效改善患儿的临床症状及体征，优于传统利巴韦林治疗。
