三维有限元技术在髋臼创伤中的应用进展

     

摘要

As a common means of biomechanics study of pelvic acetabular fracture, three-dimensional finite element technology has the characteristics of widely use, low cost, accurate results and high repeatability. In this paper, application of three-dimensional finite element technology in building models of the acetabulum was introduced, furthermore, the application progress of finite element technology in acetabular anterior column, posterior column, transverse, T-shape, square area fractures were emphasized and reviewed.%三维有限元技术是研究骨盆髋臼骨折相关生物力学的一种常用手段,具有应用广泛、成本低、结果准确、可重复性高的特点。该文介绍三维有限元技术在髋臼模型构建中的应用,同时重点围绕有限元技术在髋臼前柱、后柱、横形、T形、方形区骨折等方面的应用进展进行综述。
