TECHNIQUE FOR OSTEOPLASTY OF PROTRUSIVE ACETABULUM IN PROSTHETIC REPAIR OF ANKYLOSING HIP JOINT

The technique for the osteoplasty of the protrusive acetabulum in prosthetic repair of ankylosing hip joint comprises the osteotomy of the neck of femur, the resection of its fragment, and mounting the acetabular component of the endoprosthesis. In the ankylosing head of femur, the "bed" is cut used as a plastic material for the acetabulum. Finally, the acetabular component of the endoprosthesis is mounted.
