卓越医生培养视域下的医学生医师职业精神实践教育模式研究

医师职业精神是科学精神和人文精神的统一,卓越医生培养已将其作为其中的重要内容.但由于对医学生人文精神培养和医师职业精神伦理本质的忽视,影响了医学生医师职业精神教育的效果.因此,在借鉴医学人文素质教育和伦理教育形式的基础上,提出了医学生医师职业精神实践教育模式,进一步增强教育效果,培养卓越医学人才.%Medical professionalism is the combination of medical scientific spirit and medical humanitarian spirit. Medical professionalism education has become the important content of training excellent doctors. Because of neglect of humanitarian spirit and ethics spirit, medical professionalism education has not good results. Due to the basis of humanistic quality and ethical education forms, the three - dimensional practical education model of medical professionalism is explored to training excellent doctors.
