摘要:Objective: This paper aims to probe the curative effect of the singing therapy and group counse-ling to college students’ depression. Methods: 120 freshmen and sophomores of a university, who showed depres-sion by UPI scale, were randomly selected. These students were randomly divided into group A, B and C, in which group A was given the treatment of the singing therapy combined with group counseling, group B was only given singing therapy treatment, and group C was given group counseling, then compared the treatment effects of the students in different groups. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences ( P<0. 05 ) in the factors of SDS scores, SCL-90 score, SCL-90 depression factor with those before treatment. For group A, these results had significant differences with those of group B and C (P<0. 05). However, there were no significant difference be-tween those in Group B and C ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The singing therapy combined with group counseling can effectively ease the college students’ depression symptoms, and improve the treatment effects.%目的:探讨大学生抑郁症治疗中歌唱疗法结合团体咨询的应用效果。方法随机抽取某大学2012级、2013级在校生,通过UPI量表筛选出符合抑郁症的学生120人,随机分为A组、B组、C组,A组给予歌唱疗法结合团体咨询进行治疗,B组给予单纯歌唱疗法进行治疗,C组给予单纯团体咨询进行治疗,对比三组抑郁症学生治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,三组抑郁症学生治疗前、治疗后SDS评分、SCL-90评分、SCL-90抑郁因子差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。 A组治疗后临床指标与B组、C组存在显著差异,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。 B组治疗后临床指标与C组无统计学显著差异(P>0.05)。结论给予抑郁症大学生歌唱疗法结合团体咨询进行治疗,能够有效改善大学生抑郁症状,提高抑郁症治疗效果。
