试论伦理委员会秘书职责与重要性∗

摘要

Ethics Committee( EC) secretary as the first-line manager of ethics committee office plays an im-portant role in the ethics committee and provides effective protection and support for the implement of various works of the ethics committee. As well, the work efficiency directly affects the work quality and level of the ethics com-mittee. This paper detailed the fundamental responsibility and main contents of the EC secretary and discussed the importance of the EC secretary position.%伦理委员会秘书作为伦理委员会办公室基层管理者，在伦理委员会中担任重要角色，为伦理委员会各项工作的开展提供有效的保障和支撑，其工作效率直接影响到伦理委员会工作质量和水平的高低。翔实阐释秘书的工作基本职责和主要内容，论述了秘书岗位的重要性。
