PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a transmission client unit, and a reception client unit, etc. PSOLUTION: A transmission client secretary device receives the input of utterance contents by a transmission user, analyzes the states, meanings, a vocabulary grammar of the utterance contents permitted for the input by referring to a transmission semiotic base part for holding contents corresponding to the purpose of the transmission user, and transmits the analyzed states, meanings, vocabulary grammar, and phonological information of the utterance contents with the electronic signature of a transmission user to data specified for a state layer 102, a meaning layer 103, a vocabulary grammar layer 104, and an expression layer 105 respectively. The reception client secretary device receives the transmitted data, interprets the state, the meanings, and vocabulary grammar specified for the state layer 102, the meaning layer 103, and the vocabulary grammar layer 104 of the received data by referring to a reception semiotic base part for storing the contents corresponding to the purpose of a reception user, generates a natural language sentence, and outputs the generated daily language sentence.
