交叉性小脑神经机能联系不能的研究进展

摘要

Crossed cerebellar diaschisis refers to the decrease of blood flow and metabolic activity of contralateral cerebellum after supratentorial cerebral injury. In recent years, with the development of imaging technology, the phenomenon is increasing, however, its pathophysiology mechanism remains unclear. The latest research focuses on the detection ways and the relationship with nervous system diseases. This paper will review the progress in crossed cerebellar diaschisis so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and scientific research.%交叉性小脑神经机能联系不能指幕上脑组织损伤引起对侧小脑出现血流量减少和代谢活性降低的现象.近年来随着影像学技术的发展,该现象在临床上越来越多见,但病理生理机制仍不清楚.其与神经系统疾病的关系和影像学检出手段成为近年来的研究热点.本文就交叉性小脑神经机能联系不能的最新研究进展进行阐述,以期为临床诊疗及科学研究提供更多的思路.
