METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF CONTUSION OF CEREBELLAR HEMISPHERE BY TRANSPLANTATION OF FETAL NERVOUS TISSUE (CEREBELLAR)

A method for the treatment of cerebellar hemisphere contusion by transplantation of fetal nervous tissue (cerebellar) is a surgical treatable and consists in that female rats with weight of 250-, in the age of 5.5 months are subjected to general anesthesia using a mixture of xylazine (15 mg/kg) and ketamine (70 mg/kg), with further simulation of local mechanical contusion of cerebellar cortex. On 7-th day after trauma repeated operative intervention is carried out, in particular transplantation of a fragment of allogenic tissue of fetal cerebellum at the bed of contusion of cerebellar hemisphere.
