广东三所高校医学专业精神认知水平调查与分析

         

摘要

目的 调查广东省部属、省属和市属三所高校医学生医学专业精神的认知水平,分析其差异和影响因素.方法 运用中国台湾地区学者蔡淳娟根据美国内科理事会(ABIM)医学专业精神定义设计的问卷,整群随机抽样调查三所高校临床医学五年制专业的1602名学生.分析专业精神认知水平问卷32个条目各自得分、7个维度得分及总得分,再对总均分按照院校和年级进行单因素方差分析.结果 医学专业精神认知的32个条目中有22个(68.75%)平均得分超过4.00分.部属、省属和市属三所大学医学专业精神认知总体得分分别为4.00分、4.13分和4.15分.随着年级增长,三所高校医学专业精神平均认知水平得分呈下降趋势.结论 三所高校医学生专业精神认知总体水平较好;医学生认为"处理好医患关系"方面的得分较高,而在责任担当方面的得分偏低;年级是医学专业精神认知水平下降的影响因素,部属高校的年级间得分差异具有统计学意义.%Objective The aims of this study were first to investigate and evaluate cognitive status of medical pro-fessionalism of students from three medical universities located in Guangdong province and operated under supervi-sion of the Ministry of Education,Guangdong Province Government,and Guangzhou City Government,and second to analyze factors influencing the status.Methods A survey on the clinical medicine students(1602 students)in three u-niversities was conducted with cluster sampling method to assess their cognition of medical professionalism,using the questionnaire based on the definition made by ABIM.Mean score was used to describe the cognitive level of 32 items and 7 sun-scales,and ANOVA analysis was used to compare the differences among universities and grades.Results Among 32 items in the questionnaire,the mean item scores of 22 items(68.75 %)were higher than 4.00.The mean scores of Ministry of Education supervised university,Guangdong Province Government supervised university and Guangzhou City Government supervised university were 4.00,4.14 and 4.15 respectively.As the grade increasing, declining curves were founded in students of different years of schooling.Conclusion The medical students'overall awareness level of professionalism is good in Guangdong.The clinical students got high score in Good Physician-Pa-tients relationship item but they got low scores in Responsibility subscale.As the grade increasing,declining curves were founded in students of different years of schooling from three universities and the results of Ministry of Educa-tion supervised university is statistically significant.
