目的 了解广东省部分地区(广州市和佛山市)2-6岁正常儿童的亲子依恋性质,探讨可能影响依恋关系的儿童气质、家庭特征、父母特征和情感氛围.方法 2007年7至9月在广州市和佛山市抽取正常儿童共167名,利用幼儿依恋行为分类卡片(AQS)测试儿童与抚育者之间的亲子依恋类型,使用气质量表测量儿童自身气质,采用自编的<儿童依恋行为影响因素调查表>调查儿童的家庭特征、父母特征和情感氛围.结果 167名2～6岁儿童中,114名(68.3%)形成安全型依恋,53名(31.7%)形成不安全型依恋,两者比为2.15:1.多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,儿童的亲子依恋安全性与母亲性格、家庭气氛和母亲感觉缺乏抚育儿童能力显著相关(P均＜0.05).结论 广东省部分地区2-6岁正常儿童的亲子依恋性质以安全依恋为主.影响儿童亲子依恋安全性的因素有母亲性格、家庭气氛和母亲是否感觉抚养儿童能力缺乏.%Objective To know the attachment quality of the normal children between 2 to 6 years old in Guangzhou and Foshan, and investigate the possible influential factors, such as temperament, family environment, parent character and emotion atmosphere. Methods Totally 167 normal children were sampled from Guangzhou and Foshan,and the Attachment Q Sort was used to test the attachment quality,Temperament Scale to test the children' temperament, and attachment influence factors questionnaire to investigate family environment, parent character and emotion atmosphere. Results For 167 children aged 2~6 years, 114(68.3%) had security attachment and 53(31.7%) had unsure attachment. The ratio is 2.15:1. The multifactor logistic regression indicated that mother's character,family atmosphere and mother' s feeling of insufficient rearing ability are factors which influenced children' attachment quality significantly. Conclusion In Guangdong province, most of 2 ~ 6-year old children have security attachment, and mother' s character, family atmosphere and mother' s feeling of insufficient rearing ability are influencing factors.
