黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的随机对照临床研究

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of Okra capsule on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty-four patients with Ⅲ - Ⅳ stage of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group,which was treated with traditional therapy and observation group(traditional therapy + Okra capsule 2. 5 g,3 times per day,the duration of inter-vention was 8 weeks). The total cholesterol,triglyceride,24 h urine protein quantitate,blood serum creatinine level and u-rea nitrogen were respectively detected and compared in all the patients before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in total cholesterol,triglyceride,24 h urine protein quantitate blood serum creatinine level and urea nitrogen between observation group and control group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Okra capsule has better curative effect on diabetic nephropathy.%目的：观察黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将84例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，两组均进行常规治疗，在此基础上观察组加服黄葵胶囊（2.5 g/次，3次/ d），疗程为8周。观察两组治疗前后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、24 h 尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮的变化。结果与对照组相比，观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、24 h 尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮均明显下降（P ＜0.05）。结论黄葵胶囊能够降低总胆固醇及三酰甘油，减少尿蛋白，并且使血肌酐及尿素氮下降。
