目的 提升重庆市危重孕产妇救治能力与效率,降低孕产妇死亡率.方法 建立危重孕产妇预警管理、救治和转诊系统,评价该系统自2015年1月至2016年12月实施2年来的效果.结果 建立了5个危重孕产妇救治中心及相应的转会诊系统.5个救治中心2年共接收全市危重孕产妇3028例,抢救成功率达99.83％;基本上解决了转诊难、会诊难问题;提高了基层产科质量,保证母婴安全.结论危重孕产妇预警管理、救治和转诊系统的建设有助于保障母婴安全,降低孕产妇死亡率,值得推广.%Objective To improve the efficacy of maternal emergency aid and decrease the maternal mortality rate at the critical stage in Chongqing.Methods To set up precaution management and maternal emergency aid and referral system in Chongqing,and evaluate the effects of this system from Jan.2015 to Dec.2016.Results Five emergency aid and referral centers were established and each one was appointed to be responsible for definite areas.The survival rate for critical mothers reached 99.83％.Five centers had received 3028 cases of maternal referral in recent two years,which greatly relieved the pressure of referral and consultation of maternity hospitals at grassroots.The obstetric quality of maternity hospitals in grassroots were improved and the safety of mothers and children were guaranteed.Conclusion Precaution management and maternal emergency aid and referral system is beneficial to the safe motherhood,which can decrease the maternal mortality and is worth spreading.
