PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute appropriate driving diagnosis with a small data volume.SOLUTION: A driving diagnostic system includes: a storage unit that stores a preset reference road profile and an ideal traveling locus corresponding to the reference road profile; a traveling state acquisition unit that acquires a traveling state of a vehicle traveling on a road; a locus generation unit that acquires both the reference road profile corresponding to the road profile and the ideal traveling locus corresponding to the reference road profile from the storage unit, on the basis of the road profile which is obtained from the traveling state acquired by the traveling state acquisition unit and where the vehicle has travelled, and generates an ideal locus corresponding to the road profile where the vehicle has travelled, on the basis of the acquired reference road profile and ideal traveling locus; and a diagnostic unit that compares the ideal locus generated by the locus generation unit with a traveling locus of the vehicle which is obtained from the traveling state acquired by the traveling state acquisition unit, and diagnoses driving of the vehicle.
