LiSi/LiNO3-KNO3/(MnO2/石墨烯)热电池电性能研究

         

摘要

MnO2/G composites were synthesized by hydrothermal method in this study.The single thermal battery of LiSi/LiNO3-KNO3/(MnO2/G) was successfully praparad by the powder compaction technique.The structure of MnO2/G composite and its compatibility with nitrate electrolyte was analyzed by XRD and DTA.The electrical properties of single cell were studied by using two kinds of discharge modes of constant current and pulse,and the effects of discharge temperature and current density on the electrical properties were also analyzed.The test results show that temperature and current density have great influence on the electrical properties.When the test temperature is 350 ℃,the discharge platform is relatively stable and has the highest discharge capacity.When the current density is 30 mA/cm2,the discharge process has a high and stable discharge platform.While the platform voltage is cut off at 2.0 V,the specific capacity was 639.5 mAh/g.The thermal battery also has better anti-pulse performance.%通过水热法合成制备了MnO2/G复合材料,采用粉末压制工艺成功制备了LiSi/LiNO3-KNO3/(MnO2/G)单体电池,利用XRD、DTA分析了MnO2/G复合材料的结构及其与硝酸盐电解质的兼容性,采用恒流和脉冲两种放电模式研究了单体电池的电性能,并分析了放电温度和电流密度对电性能的影响.测试结果表明:温度和电流密度对电性能影响很大,在350℃测试温度下,放电平台比较平稳,有最高的放电容量;在30 mA/cm2电流密度下,放电过程中有高且平稳的放电平台,平台电压截止2.0V时,比容量达到639.5 mAh/g;该电池有较好的抗脉冲性能.
