益气养血祛风颗粒剂治疗儿童喉源性咳嗽疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察益气养血祛风颗粒治疗儿童喉源性咳嗽的疗效.方法 138例喉源性咳嗽儿童随机分成两组,治疗组69例口服益气养血祛风颗粒,对照组69例口服头孢克洛干混悬剂、孟鲁斯特纳颗粒和蜜炼川贝枇杷膏,观察两个疗程(14天),比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组69例显效46例,有效13例,无效10例,显效率66.67%,总有效率85.51%.对照组69例显效19例,有效14例,无效36例,显效率27.54%,总有效率47.83%,两组显效率和总有效率比较差异有显著统计学意义P<0.01.结论 益气养血祛风颗粒治疗儿童喉源性咳嗽疗效确切,方法简便,易于操作,副作用少,更容易为患者及家长接受,适于推广应用.%Objective To observe YiQiYangXueQuFeng granules treatment the curative effect of laryngeal cough in children.
