高效液相色谱法测定贞清胶囊中马钱苷的含量

摘要

目的:建立测定贞清胶囊中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱方法.方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-质量分数为0.05％磷酸溶液(9∶3∶92),检测波长为236nm,流速为1 mL? min-1.结果:马钱苷进样量在20～640 μg? mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r =0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.24％,RSD为0.76％(n=6).结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于贞清胶囊 质量控制.%Objective; To develop a method for determining loganin content in Zhenqing capsule by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods;An Inertsil ODS-SP column (150 mm x4.6 mm, 5 |xm) was adopted. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (9=3:92) , the detection wavelength was 236 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL-min-1. Results; The calibration curve showed good linear relationship in the range of 20 -640 μg-mL-1 (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100.24% , and RSD was 0.76% (n =6). Conclusion; The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Zhenqing capsule.
