Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of antibiotic therapy for pan-drug-resistant pulmonary infection with assistance of traditional Chinese medicines. Methods: In 23 hospitalized patients, a variety of antibiotic therapy ＞ 7 d previously used was invalid. Pulmonary infection with the same pan-drug-resistant bacteria was qualified by more than 3 consecutive sputum cultures. They were auxiliarily treated with Tonifying Middle-Jiao and Qi and medicines eliminating R-plasmid in addition to antimicrobial treatment. For baumanii infection, cefoperazone and sulbactam combined with minocycline were used, and for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, meropenem was used. Results: Seven patients were healed, 9 patients were effective, 1 patient was improved, and 6 patients were ineffective. The total effective rate was 73.91％. Clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion: The prescription drugs of traditional Chinese medicine, such as Clearing Heat Eliminating Phlegm, Tonifying Middle-Jiao and Qi efficiency and medicines eliminating R-plasmid, can be combined with appropriate antimicrobials in the treatment of pan-drug-resistant pulmonary infection.%目的:探讨中药辅助抗菌药物治疗泛耐药菌肺部感染的临床疗效.方法:对曾使用过多种抗菌药物治疗>7 d无效,并经连续3次以上合格痰标本培养后确诊为相同泛耐药菌株的23例肺部感染住院患者,采用具清热祛痰、补中益气功效且含有消除耐药质粒的中药方剂辅助抗菌药物治疗;对于鲍曼不动杆菌感染者,采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合米诺环素治疗;对于铜绿假单胞菌感染者,采用美罗培南治疗.结果:痊愈7例,有效9例,好转1例,无效6例,总有效率为73.91%.治疗前后临床症状、实验室检查得到显著改善.结论:具清热祛痰,补中益气功效且含有消除耐药质粒的中药方剂结合适宜的抗菌药物可以治疗泛耐药菌肺部感染.
