护理软技能培训在普外科新护士带教中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨护理软技能培训在普外科新护士教学实践中的效果.方法 选择在普外科轮转的新护士60人,按简单数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各30人.对照组按常规完成临床教学,观察组将护理软技能培训穿插于临床带教中,比较两组新护士出科总成绩及患者满意度.结果 观察组新护士出科总成绩为(92.3±1.4)分,高于对照组的(89.5±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.330,P<0.05);患者满意度比较,观察组为96.7%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.786,P<0.05).结论 通过对新护士进行护理软技能培训可以有效地提高新护士的综合素质,提高患者对新护士的满意度.%Objective To discuss the effect of nursing soft skills training in teaching new nurses in Department of General Surgery.Methods Totals of 60 new nurses rotating in Department of General Surgery were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,each with 30 nurses.The control group received conventional clinical teaching while the observation group received nursing soft skills training in addition.Nurses' grades on graduation and patients' satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Nurses' grades on graduation was (92.3 ± 1.4) in the observation group and (89.5 ± 1.2) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t =8.330,P < 0.05).Patients' satisfaction was 96.7% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (Z =-2.786,P < 0.05).Conclusions Nursing soft skill training on new nurses can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of the new nurses and satisfaction of the patients.
