层级培训在普外科新护士带教中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨分析在普外科新护士带教中运用层级培训的方式培训具有的作用及研究意义。方法选择该院普外科新聘用的护士40名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,平均每组护士20名。对照组的护士实施常规的培训方式,观察组的护士实施层级培训的方法。比较两组新聘用护士培训后的评估结果及带教医师对新聘用护士培训后工作的满意度。结果通过观察组与对照组的对比可以看出,观察组新聘用的护士培训后的评估及格率(100.00%)明显比对照组新聘用的护士培训后的评估及格率(70.00%)高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教医师对观察组的满意度(100.00%)明显比对照组的满意度(75.00%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科新护士带教过程中运用层级培训的方式培训具有很好的效果,新聘用的护士能够很快进入工作状态,并且工作质量、工作效率较高,值得在普外科新护士带教中推广运用。%Objective To investigate and analyze the effect and the study meaning of hierarchical training on teaching new nurses in Department of general surgery. Methods Selected 40 newly hired nurses in department of general surgery of our hospital ,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 20 nurses.Control group used conventional way of training implementation ,observation group used hierarchical training. Compared two groups'evaluation result and satisfac-tion of training after receiving training. Results After comparing the observation group and the control group, the assessment pass rate of the observation group after training (100%) was obvious higher than the (70%) of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05);satisfaction to teaching medicine division of the observation group (100%) was better than (75%)of the control group , with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical training has good effect on training new nurses in the Department of gen-eral surgery , new employed nurses can quickly enter the working state, and can improve their work quality and work efficiency ,it is worth to promote the use of new nurse training in Department of general surgery.
