瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉在乳腺癌根治术中的应用观察

摘要

目的：研究对比在乳腺癌的根治术中运用瑞芬太尼和芬太尼分别复合异丙酚静脉麻醉的效果。方法：将本院收治的进行乳腺癌根治术的56例患者随机分为两组各28例，对照组采用芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉靶控输注，观察组采用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚静脉靶控输注。分别对比两组患者在不同的时间点的收缩压、舒张压、心率等各项观察指标的差异和各组患者术后的睁眼时间、拔管时间以及恢复自主呼吸的时间等苏醒情况的差异。结果：气管插管后观察组患者的血流动力学的各项指标波动幅度明显低于对照组，观察组的患者在术后身体各方面的恢复状况也显著比对照组好，其术后患者的睁眼时间、拔管时间以及自主呼吸的恢复时间等情况均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉靶控输注用于乳腺癌根治术的麻醉，能够使患者在手术过程中的生命体征平稳，术后恢复快，安全性高。%Objective:To study and observe anesthesia effect of applying remifentanil compounded with propofol intravenous injection and fentanyl combined with propofol intravenous injection in radical mastectomy.Methods:Chose 56 cases of patients who have had radical mastectomy at our hospital,divided them into control group and observation group randomly,each group has 28 cases,adopted fentanyl compounded with propofol intravenous anesthesia to control group's patients,while adopted remifentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia to observation group's patients.Compared these two groups' patients' systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate at different time,at the same time,compared differences between these two groups' patients'eye open time,tube drawing time and restoration time of spontaneous breathing after surgery.Results:Observation group's patients'various haemodynamics indexes' fluctuation ranges were obviously lower than control group's patients' after anesthesia,and observation group's patients' recovery conditions in all aspects were significantly better than control group's patients',its patients'eye open time,tube drawing time and restoration time of spontaneous breathing after surgery were evidently shorter than control group's patients'(P<0.05).Conclusions:Applying remifentanil compounded with propofol intravenous injection in radical mastectomy can stabilize patients' vital signs during the operation process,and patients' postoperative recovery is faster,it has high security.
