115例极低出生体重儿临床资料分析

摘要

Objective: Discuss the complications and preventive measures of VLBWI, NICU and importance of modern medical theory of developmental supportive nursing care, improve the treatment strategy and VLBWI quality of life.Methods:Clinical data of 115 patients with VLBWI in our hospital in 2006 January ~2011 year in December were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In 115 cases of VLBWI and the incidence of complications of top 6 were pathological jaundice, pneumonia, extrauterine growth retardation, hypoalbuminemia, anemia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Conclusion:Strengthen the pregnancy health care, reduce the complications of pregnancy, strengthen cooperation of Pediatrics, promote the establishment of NICU and improve the medical quality, set up a perfect system, early intervention programs to develop individualized, is the key to improve the survival rate and the quality of life of VLBWI.%　　目的：探讨VLBWI并发症及防治措施，现代NICU医护理念及发育支持性护理的重要性，提高VLBWI 的诊治策略和生存质量。方法：对我院2006年1月~2011年12月收治的115例VLBWI的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：115例VLBWI中并发症的发生率居前6位的依次为病理性黄疸、肺炎、宫外生长迟缓、低白蛋白血症、贫血、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征。结论：加强孕期保健，减少妊娠合并症，加强产儿科的协作，促进NICU的建立提高医疗水平，建立完善的随访体系，制定个体化的早期干预方案，是提高VLBWI存活率及生存质量的关键。
